Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Greet and assist members and guests at the reception.
• Handle queries and bookings face-to-face and by telephone.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a premium member experience.
