Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Reception Supervisor at its Bristol Westbury site. You will lead the Reception team to deliver a premium experience for members, acting as Duty Manager alongside the management team.

You will mentor staff, handle member queries by face-to-face and phone, and contribute to an environment where teams thrive, feel valued and supported to reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience managing a customer service led team.
• An overall passion for customer service.
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Reception team to deliver service excellence.
• Act as Duty Manager to support management and operations.
• Welcome members and handle face-to-face and telephone queries.
