Job summary

The Belfry is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead our busy front desk team. You will supervise, train and mentor shift leaders and receptionists to maintain exceptional guest journeys, while producing rotas and addressing enquiries with a proactive approach.

Ideal candidates will have prior reception experience in a large hotel and a passion for detailed guest service. The role is a 40-hour week, five days out of seven, with a supportive team and development opportunities.

Salary

The base annual rate for this role is £28,601.97 per annum, plus service charge.

About the role

This role is 40 hours per week and you will be working 5 days out of 7.

As Reception Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and high performance of our fantastic reception team.

Your duties will include:

• Producing rotas according to business levels
• Following up queries where necessary on behalf of receptionists and shift leaders
• Performance management of the front office team, including job appraisals, observations, and identifying training requirements
