We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Reception Supervisor to join our Front Office team at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel. • Role: Reception Supervisor

• Hours: Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the Front Office Management team in the daily operation of the Reception department
• Lead, motivate, and develop Receptionists to deliver outstanding guest service
• Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Monitor departmental standards, ensuring all procedures are followed consistently
• Assist with training, coaching, and performance management of team members
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Act as a duty leader within the department, ensuring operational excellence during each shift

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Front Office or Reception supervisory role within a hotel environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A proactive and guest-focused approach
• Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience with Opera Cloud is essential
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
