David Lloyd Clubs in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead the reception team and act as Duty Manager, delivering a premium member experience both face-to-face and over the phone. You will mentor staff, coordinate service excellence, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced club environment.

The role emphasizes customer service leadership, teamwork, and communication, with opportunities for growth within our premium wellness group.
