David Lloyd Leisure Ltd is seeking a Reception Supervisor to act as Duty Manager and lead the Reception team in delivering a premium experience to members at the Bury St Edmunds club. You will work with the management team to mentor staff and ensure outstanding customer service, both in person and via phone queries, fostering belonging and a thriving club culture.
