The Ivy Asia in the United Kingdom is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team and ensure a warm, professional welcome for every guest.

You will support the Reception Manager, supervise other receptionists, and uphold high standards of service while fostering team welfare and development across our brand.

Key elements of your role as Receptionist Supervisor

includes ensuring all our guests receive a positive, warm and professional first impression of the restaurant. You will assist the Reception Manager in the building of an efficient department, by taking an active interest in the team's welfare, safety, and development. You'll also be able to supervise other receptionists, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained..
