The Ivy Collection is seeking a charismatic Receptionist to warmly welcome guests at our Edinburgh-area restaurant. You’ll provide information on the menu and specials, assist guests with queries, and relay allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

You’ll work with a friendly team in a brand renowned for service excellence. We offer competitive hourly pay, a 20-hour minimum contract, staff discounts, and a development program to support career growth.

Key elements of your role as Receptionist will include ensuring our guests receive a warm and professional welcome when they arrive, as well as a fond farewell when they leave. You will be able to offer information to our guests on the restaurant or any specials that may be on offer. You’ll relay any allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

About you: You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
