The Ivy Asia is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead front-of-house guests with warmth and professionalism. You will support the Reception Manager, supervise receptionists, and uphold high service standards while developing the team’s welfare, safety and skills.

Key elements of your role as Receptionist Supervisor

includes ensuringall our guests receive a positive, warm and professional first impression of the restaurant. You will assist the Reception Manager in the building of an efficient department, by taking an active interest in the team’s welfare, safety, and development. You’ll also be able to supervise other receptionists, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
