Job summary

Fowey Harbour Hotel is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team in Cornwall. A minimum of one year of hotel reception experience and a passion for service excellence are required. Knowledge of OPERA or Reslynx is a distinct advantage, though full training will be provided.

You will handle guest check‑in/check‑out, manage reservations, and provide outstanding guest service in a busy seaside property that values professionalism and warmth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hotel reception experience.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• OPERA or Reslynx experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out duties for guests.
• Assist guests with reservations and inquiries.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team. You will need a minimum of one year’s Hotel Reception experience, have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Solid knowledge of hotel reservations system eg OPERA or Reslynx would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
