Job summary

Love Success is seeking an experienced Reception Manager to lead a small team in a busy West End office. The role is office-based with responsibilities spanning visitor management, hospitality, meeting room support and facilities coordination.

You will monitor budgets, manage suppliers and contractors, and maintain accurate records while upholding high health and safety and customer service standards. Salary will be dependent upon experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee visitor procedures, hospitality, meeting room support, stock control and equipment servicing.
• Monitor budgets and expenditure, review invoices, track variances and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage supplier contracts, renewals, service levels and contractor performance, ensuring value for money.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, security and other contractors, tracking building faults and ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate contract and financial records and prepare operational updates covering outstanding issues, costs, risks and recommended actions.
