The Clermont Hotel Group is seeking a Reception Manager at The Thistle Trafalgar Square Hotel in London. You will lead by example, ensuring exceptional guest service with a smooth check-in and check-out process.

You'll drive sales at the desk, mentor your team, and focus on recruiting, training and ongoing development to maximise performance in a four‑star hotel in the heart of London's West End.

Qualifications

• Leadership that motivates and guides the team to deliver exceptional service.
