Job summary

The Royal Horseguards, part of Clermont Hotel Group, seeks a Reception Manager in London to lead the front desk with warmth and efficiency. You’ll oversee check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest queries to uphold our high hospitality standards.

You’ll also focus on developing the team through recruitment, training, and ongoing coaching, while driving desk sales and collaborating with other departments to maximise guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership that motivates and guides the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Attention to detail to maintain the highest standards at all times.
• A deep passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with guests and team members.
• Analytical skills for problem-solving and sales strategy.
