Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay at 22 Bishopsgate in London is seeking a Reception Manager to lead guest experience, manage the reservations system, and optimise covers in a world-class restaurant setting.

You will lead, motivate and develop the Reception team to ensure every guest is welcomed, comfortable and receives prompt, courteous service throughout their dining experience. This role offers training and progression within a renowned global hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent guest service in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to lead and develop a front-of-house team.
• Strong communication with the reservations and restaurant teams.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic and motivated Reception Manager to join our team at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay at 22 Bishopsgate.

What you do as a Reception Manager:

• You’re passionate about delivering fantastic and engaging service to all our guests
• You’re responsible for managing the restaurant booking system, optimising covers, and ensuring all guest requests are effectively communicated to the restaurant team
• You lead, develop, and motivate the Reception team to ensure the team consistently deliver the ultimate guest experience
• You love to ensure that each guest is made to feel welcomed, comfortable, and receives prompt and polite service during their dining experience
