Lucky Cat Manchester, part of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, invites applicants to join on a fixed-term festive contract during the busy Christmas period. You will deliver food to guests, support front-of-house and kitchen teams, and help ensure guest requests, dietary needs and high standards are met with warmth and efficiency.

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and accurately while maintaining high presentation standards
• Support seamless service by working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Communicate effectively to ensure guest requests and dietary requirements are handled promptly
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
• Assist with setup, stocking, cleaning and preparation of service areas
• Provide proactive support to colleagues for a smooth guest experience
• Develop understanding of menu items, ingredients and allergens

Job description

Our Mayfair restaurant is an iconic global culinary destination and we are absolutely delighted to bring the renowned Lucky Cat to the heart of the historic King Street, Manchester. Set within the walls of the old bank, Lucky Cat Manchester boasts three stunning private dining rooms, including the Vault and a mezzanine semi-private space overlooking to restaurant. Lucky Cat is an Asian Eating House and late night lounge inspired by Tokyo's 1930s Kissas and Shanghai's drinking dens. Asian inspired small plates, Robata grills, sushi and sashimi are exquisitely crafted in the open kitchen and raw bar. Each dish is designed to be shared socially at the centre of the table.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and accurately while maintaining the highest presentation standards
• Support seamless service by working closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Communicate effectively to ensure guest requests and dietary requirements are handled promptly
• Maintain excellent cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
• Assist with the setup, stocking, cleaning and preparation of service areas before and during service
• Provide proactive support to colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience
• Develop a strong understanding of menu items, ingredients, and allergens
• Uphold the professional, energetic, and guest-focused standards that define the Lucky Cat & Gordon Ramsay Restaurant experience
