Job summary

El Pastor Restaurant in Soho, London is seeking a Reception Manager to lead reservations and guest services in a busy, vibrant setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience managing reservations for a busy restaurant in London
• Excellent knowledge of SevenRooms Reservations system
• Confident and warm communication with team and guests
• Exceeding guests' expectations at all times
• Collate and use guest data to enhance future visits
• Lead reception teams and support with regular training
• Experience hiring, training and motivating a team
• Clear and effective written communication with guests
• Be the face of a group known for its warm welcome
• Strong team ethic and respect for colleagues
• Maximise revenue through careful flow of customers and table management
• Excellent written English

El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City, running a cult nightclub and searching for the city's best taco al pastor. We pour our hearts into top quality authentic produce, making fresh tortillas daily using heritage corn and working directly with suppliers and cooperative farmers in Mexico. The Reception Manager role:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing reservations for a busy restaurant in London
