Qualifications

• Experience as a Cocktail Bartender, Senior Bartender or Head Bartender in a high-quality restaurant, Members Club, bar or nightclub in London.
• Excellent knowledge of drinks and experience creating bespoke cocktails.
• Personable and welcoming with a passion for the Hospitality Industry.
• Strong command of English language.
• Strong team ethic and collaboration.

The Bartender role

• Able to make coffees and have barista skills
• Able to operate Tevalis or similar EPOS system
• Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
