Job Description:
  • FOH Manager / Lead Receptionist
  • Hackney, East London
  • Salary up to £32,000 p.a.
  • Shifts are 8am to 8pm, 4 days on and 4 days off

We are currently supporting a luxury residential development in their search for a new FOH Manager. This is the perfect role for a detail-oriented team leader with proven management experience, great customer service and excellent communication skills.

Taking overall responsibility for the reception and concierge service, and reporting directly into the Group Operations Director, this is a great opportunity to be a key part of a supportive and fun team.

Key duties will include:

  • Rota management for receptionist staff
  • Point of contact for escalated issues
  • Assisting the sales team with viewings and enquiries
  • Lease administration
  • Management of process and compliance documentation
  • Responsible for H&S / near miss / hazard reporting
  • Close liaison with Facilities Management

In order to succeed, you must have:

  • Leasing experience
  • Team leader / management experience, ideally from within a similar environment
  • Exceptional written and spoken English language skills
  • Customer centric, helpful and friendly approach
  • Good standard of education
  • Computer literate with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

**You must hold full right to work in the UK on a full-time basis**

This is a 100% on-site role, based in Dalston E8.

The shift pattern is 8am to 8pm, 4 days on then 4 days off so some weekend work will be required.
