Job summary

Point A Hotels Glasgow is seeking a confident, guest-focused Reception Host Leader (maternity cover) to head the welcome at our city centre hotel, ensuring a warm arrival and smooth front-of-house experience.

As a leader on reception, you’ll manage shifts, resolve guest queries with care and uphold high service standards. You’ll work closely with the management team to keep daily plans on track and support a positive, inclusive team culture.

Job description

We’re looking for a confident, guest-focused Reception Host Leader(maternity cover) to lead the welcome at Point A Hotel Glasgow, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm arrival and a smooth, seamless front-of-house experience.

You’ll be right at the heart of the action: leading by example on reception, keeping shifts running efficiently, resolving guest queries with confidence, delivering heartfelt hospitality at all times and making sure service standards stay sharp from start to finish.

Working closely with the management team, you’ll support daily shift planning, keep procedures on track and guide the team through busy moments so every guest gets a consistently great Point A experience.
