Point A Hotels is seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper for our Liverpool Street property. You will lead a hands-on team, ensuring spotless, welcoming spaces and smooth day-to-day operations that reflect our hospitality standards.

With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to planning, you’ll keep rotas, stock and supplies running smoothly while maintaining the high standards Point A and Queensway are known for. Hands‑on and people‑focused, you’ll enjoy training and developing others, championing safe, clean and consistent ways of working, and bringing previous Head Housekeeper or similar hotel experience to a team that lives our values of curiosity, kindness and ambition while delivering heartfelt hospitality every day.
