Point A Hotels is seeking a confident Reception Host Leader for Kings Cross, London. You will lead the welcome at the front desk, ensuring a warm arrival and a seamless guest experience, while guiding shifts and maintaining high standards.

Work closely with the management team to plan daily operations, resolve guest queries, and deliver heartfelt hospitality across busy periods. A friendly, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting is ideal.

We’re looking for a confident, guest-focused Reception Host Leader to lead the welcome at Point A Hotels Kings Cross ensuring every guest enjoys a warm arrival and a smooth, seamless front-of-house experience.

You’ll be right at the heart of the action: leading by example on reception, keeping shifts running efficiently, resolving guest queries with confidence, delivering heartfelt hospitality at all times and making sure service standards stay sharp from start to finish.

Working closely with the management team, you’ll support daily shift planning, keep procedures on track and guide the team through busy moments so every guest gets a consistently great Point A experience.
