Job summary

Novuna Vehicle Solutions is hiring a part-time Reception & Facilities assistant at our Trowbridge site. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, support meeting room management, post and courier services, and help keep the office running smoothly with a hands-on, proactive approach.

The role is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30-13:30, based on-site. You’ll work within the Reception & Facilities team and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks to deliver great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy front-of-house or reception role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Proactive, friendly and able to work independently.
• Comfortable handling visitors, queries and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage meeting rooms and desk/parking bookings for colleagues.
• Arrange group travel and accommodation, manage post and courier services and order office supplies.
• Support visitors and colleagues with practical queries, including EV charging assistance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and keep operations smooth.
• Spot tasks needing attention and take action to keep the site running.

Whatyou'll do.

This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30-13:30. Due to the nature of the role, this position is fully site-based at our Trowbridge office.

Reporting to the Vehicle Solutions Facilities Manager, you'll be a key part of our Reception & Facilities team and the first point of contact for everyone who visits our Trowbridge site. You'll be the person who makes sure visitors receive a warm welcome, colleagues have what they need and our workplace looks and feels its best. You'll need to be comfortable switching between tasks, getting involved wherever you're needed and taking ownership of making things happen. No two days will be exactly the same. One minute you could be welcoming a visitor or helping someone with a query, and the next you might be sorting out a meeting room, arranging a courier, helping with a facilities issue or making sure the site is ready for the day ahead.

You'll also:
