Job summary

Novuna Vehicle Solutions in Trowbridge is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. You will be the first point of contact for drivers reporting vehicle defects, ensuring bookings for repairs or breakdown support are arranged promptly and professionally.

From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

You'll be reporting into our Driver line Team Leader and be part of the team who are the firstpoint of contact for our customers who notice a defect with their vehicle. Whether that's a company car driver with a headlight out or a commercial van driver whose dashboard warning lights have come on - you're the person they call. You'll be ensuring that the driver has their vehicle booked in for repair/investigation or, if needed, arranging for breakdown assistance quickly and professionally.

This is a hybrid role requiring 50% attendance atour Trowbridge office.

You’ll also:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls
• Make contact with our garage network to book vehicles in for repair
• Arrange hire vehicles were appropriate for our customers
• Monitor theshared email mailbox and carrying out admin duties as required

What you'll bring.

You'll have customer service skills, as well as enjoy being on the phone andconfident with both inbound and outbound calls. Your excellent communication skills and customer first mindset will see you go above and beyond to keep our customers on the road.
