Job summary

Novuna Vehicle Solutions is seeking a Business Readiness Lead to drive change adoption and readiness across multiple functions, including engaging stakeholders and shaping readiness plans. The role is hybrid with options to base in Newbury or Trowbridge.

You will partner with project teams to ensure changes are embedded and benefits realised, supporting UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities while building strong relationships with leaders and teams.

• Support user acceptance testing, go-live planning, and post-implementation activities for a smooth transition and adoption of change.

What you’ll do.

Reporting to our Business Readiness Manager, you’ll join Novuna Vehicle Solutions at an exciting time of transformation. We’re investing £27 million over the next three years to modernise our services, leveraging cutting edge technologies to create better experiences for our customers and colleagues.

As a Business Readiness Lead, you’ll be at the heart of this journey, ensuring our people are ready for change and equipped to succeed. Working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and business leaders, you’ll assess impacts, drive readiness activities, and help embed new ways of working that deliver lasting benefits.

This is a hybrid role and can be based from either our Newbury or Trowbridge office.

You’ll also:

• The ability to assess business impacts, identify dependencies, and translate insights into practical readiness plans
• A naturally curious mindset, with the confidence to challenge constructively, ask the right questions, and influence decision‑making
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
