Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons using pre-prepared planning and resources
• Create a stimulating and well-organised Reception learning environment
• Set up weekly classroom activities and provision areas based on the planning provided
• Organise, maintain, and refresh continuous provision areas
• Pack away and reorganise resources from previous weekly activities
• Support children's development in line with the EYFS
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessment processes
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, wellbeing, and achievement
