Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Years or KS1 is preferable.
• DBS check preferable; safeguarding checks apply.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with their learning and development.
• Work with children one-to-one and in small groups.
• Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom.
• Support children's social, emotional and communication development.
• Assist with daily classroom routines.
• Encourage positive behaviour and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff.
• Support the Reception classroom general needs.
