Job summary

GoHire Technologies LTD. in Bath is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support a two-form entry reception class and work with the Class Teacher on small-group activities, with occasional SEN support.

You will join a warm, supportive EYFS team focused on helping children grow confident and resilient, with a collaborative, proactive approach and ongoing professional guidance from the agency.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, ideally in an Early Years environment.
• Experience supporting and leading small groups and individuals.
• Flexible and proactive with own initiative.
• Collaborative work with the Class Teacher and EYFS staff.
• Assess development and adapt activities to meet pupil needs.

Responsibilities

• Support small group activities in the reception class.
• Work with SEN pupils when required.
• Communicate with the Class Teacher to plan activities.
• Assist in ongoing development and monitoring of pupils.
• Support the EYFS team and adhere to school policies.
