Job summary

The AA is seeking a Digital Technology Performance Manager to join the Roadside technology team. You will deliver real-time visibility into the health and performance of the digital platforms supporting customer journeys, connecting technology performance to business outcomes and enabling proactive action.

Based in Basingstoke with hybrid working (3 office days per week), you will collaborate with Digital Commerce, Product, Engineering and Service teams to drive resilience and improve trading

Qualifications

• Significant experience in complex tech environments delivering real-time visibility into system health.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability and data-driven performance insights.
• Proven ability to translate technical data into actionable business outcomes.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Establish real-time visibility of system activity across Roadside digital journeys.
• Identify anomalies and risks, translating findings into customer, operational and commercial impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Service teams to action improvements based on insight.
• Proactively investigate incidents, supporting RCA and coordinated response.
• Develop and continuously improve monitoring dashboards and automation opportunities.
