Job summary
The AA is recruiting a Digital Technology Performance Manager for the Roadside technology team in Basingstoke. You will provide real time visibility into health, performance and activity of the tech supporting our digital journeys, linking performance to customer and commercial outcomes.
You will combine monitoring, telemetry and operational data to identify anomalies and risks, coordinating with Engineering, Product and Data teams to drive resilience and continuous improvement across our

- Experience in complex technology environments supporting high-volume digital services.
- Ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights.
- Strong collaboration across engineering, product and data teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish real time visibility of system activity, health and performance for Roadside digital services.
- Identify anomalies and risks from telemetry and data, translating them into business impacts.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Service teams to act on insights and incidents.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Data and Commercial teams to prioritize resilience.
- Develop and improve our technology performance capability, including dashboards and alerts.
