Job summary

The AA is seeking a Digital Technology Performance Manager to join the Roadside technology team. You will provide real time visibility into the health, performance and activity of the technology supporting our digital customer journeys, connecting tech performance with customer and commercial outcomes.

This data and insight led role focuses on monitoring, observability and operational insight to improve reliability, resilience and customer experience across our Roadside technology estate.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital technology performance, monitoring and observability.
• Knowledge of modern digital architectures, cloud technologies and observability.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish real time visibility of system activity, health and performance across the Roadside digital journeys.
• Translate monitoring data into clear customer, operational and commercial insights.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Service teams to address issues quickly and efficiently.
• Support incident response and root cause analysis across complex technology services.
