The AA is seeking a Digital Technology Performance Manager to join the Roadside technology team. You will provide real time visibility into the health, performance, and activity of the technology supporting our digital customer journeys, connecting performance with customer and commercial outcomes.

You will bring together monitoring, observability and operational insight to identify issues and opportunities, coordinating across Engineering, Product, Service Management and Data teams to act

Qualifications

• Experience building real-time visibility of system activity across digital journeys.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, telemetry, and incident response.
• Ability to translate technical data into clear business insight.

Responsabilités

• Establish real-time visibility of system activity, health and performance for Roadside digital journeys.
• Identify anomalies and risks using monitoring data and translate into business impacts.
• Collaborate with Digital Commerce & Trading to link performance with customer outcomes.
• Lead incident and root-cause analysis with Engineering and Service teams.
• Partner with Product, Data and Operations to drive resilience and improvements.
• Develop and improve our performance capability including dashboards and alerts.
