Job summary

The AA in London is seeking a Digital Technology Performance Manager to join the Roadside technology team, collaborating with Digital Commerce & Trading, Product, Engineering and Service teams.

You’ll deliver real time visibility of health, performance and activity of the technology behind our digital journeys, linking performance to customer and commercial outcomes and guiding action across teams to improve resilience and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering real-time visibility into system health, performance and activity.
• Ability to translate technical data into clear customer, operational and commercial insights.
• Strong understanding of modern digital architectures and cloud dependencies.
• Experience supporting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Proven ability to influence across Engineering, Product, Service Management and Data teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain real-time visibility of system activity, health and performance across Roadside digital journeys.
• Combine monitoring, telemetry and data to identify anomalies and risks, and translate into impacts.
• Collaborate with Digital Commerce & Trading to link tech performance with customer metrics.
• Investigate emergent issues, coordinating Engineering and Service teams for action and RCA.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure insights inform prioritisation and resilience.
• Develop and improve technology performance capability, including dashboards, analyses and automation.
