Minerva Defence is developing and maintaining a critical simulation environment for UAVs, flight control, and autonomy software. You will own features end-to-end from design through testing, collaborating with engineers and operators, and contributing to validation through flight tests.

The role spans C++ simulation software, physics, networking, and integration across software stacks, with real-time constraints and field testing exposure in a defence context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience writing high-performance C++ with hard real-time constraints.
