Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development or exceptional design contributions
• Deep understanding across the software stack including UI, algorithms, databases and event-based systems
• Hands-on experience with Go and SQL-Postgres; Python/JS/TS helpful
• Experience as technical owner of major modules deployed to customers and successful go-lives
• Proven ability to influence a group of developers to achieve goals

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and implement major parts of the software architecture for the Digital team
• Focus on real-time IoT tracking systems across code, data models, and module integration
• Develop scalable, high-performance, well-documented code and review standards
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA to meet technical and business goals
• Integrate ERP, Supply Chain Planning, and cloud-based systems for data exchange
• Lead and participate in code reviews; mentor junior developers
