Job summary

CHEP is seeking a senior software architect to define, design, and implement major parts of the software architecture for real-time IoT tracking systems within the Digital team. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and QA to deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions.

The role focuses on data modeling, system integration with ERP/Supply Chain platforms, and lead-by-example in code reviews and mentorship, within a hybrid and international work environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial software development and design expertise with large and complex systems.
• Deep understanding across the software stack including web UIs, data models, and modular architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and database technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and implement major parts of the software architecture for real-time IoT tracking systems.
• Develop scalable, high-performance software solutions for enterprise use.
