Job summary

JLL in London invites applications for a Commercial Surveying Graduate programme. You will rotate across Capital Markets, Agency, Lease Advisory, Rating, and Work Dynamics while working toward RICS Chartered Surveyor status.

You will join a 2–2.5 year trainee scheme starting 6 September 2027, with a fully funded MSc Real Estate if needed, and mentoring from experienced colleagues to build professional expertise.

Qualifications

• Degree – predicted or achieved minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline.
• You’ll be curious and eager to learn and contribute to the team.
• You’ll have an interest in the property industry and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• You’ll research market insights and property legislation relevant to our work.
• You’ll learn to use property systems/databases to collect information for client solutions.
• You’ll build relationships across the business and with clients to deliver great service.
• You’ll work with your team to draft and deliver work including budgets, client presentations, and valuation reports.
• You’ll visit properties for inspections or client viewings.
• You’ll participate in regular training for business skills, technical knowledge and professional development.
