Salary: £42,000- £48,000 basic salary + global consultancy benefits package

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver development consultancy services to housing associations, local authorities, and private sector partners.
  • Support the acquisition and disposal of residential and mixed‑use development land, with a focus on affordable housing schemes.
  • Contribute to strategic land promotion and valuation for long‑term housing delivery.
  • Act as an agent for both buyers and sellers of development land, including identifying and securing development partners for strategic landowners.
  • Engage with landowners and stakeholders to unlock new opportunities, with a strong emphasis on planning and policy alignment.
  • Collaborate on feasibility studies, market analysis, and development appraisals to inform investment decisions and housing strategy.
  • Build and nurture a network of contacts across the affordable housing ecosystem, including developers, planners, funders, and local government.
About You
  • Recently qualified (MRICS or equivalent) with a passion for housing‑led regeneration and social impact.
