An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor (2-6 PQE) to join a market-leading Real Estate team of 40+ lawyers. Based in Tunbridge Wells, this role offers the chance to work alongside ex-City lawyers, delivering London-quality work, with strong long-term career prospects and outstanding professional development.

The Role

You will advise lenders, borrowers, and investors on a wide range of real estate finance transactions, including:

  • Acting for banks, financial institutions, and alternative lenders on secured lending.
  • Advising on investment, development, and acquisition finance.
  • Supporting high-value and complex real estate transactions.
  • Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and related finance documents.
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development.
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2-6 years' PQE in real estate finance.
  • Strong technical expertise in property finance, with experience acting for lenders and/or borrowers.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Commercially focused, with the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with ambition to develop a long-term career in real estate finance.
