We are seeking a talented individual to join our Residential Real Estate team here at Marsh. This role will be based in Bournemouth on a hybrid basis, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The role: Real Estate Client Advisor
You will support a team of Client Executives and manage your own book of clients. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will work with a diverse range of clients, including FTSE250 companies and investment managers.
We will count on you to:
- Manage renewal strategy activities in conjunction with the Client Executive.
- Undertake service work related to upcoming renewals and prepare claims reports.
- Create market presentations and renewal documents, ensuring alignment with renewal strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client insurance queries and assist in resolving client issues.
- Participate in new business initiatives and attend client and insurer meetings as required.
What you need to have:
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships internally and externally.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and adaptability to Marsh business systems.
- Ability to manage your own workload and an awareness of clients' business and insurance needs.
- Commitment to adhering to FCA, Marsh Compliance, and specific procedures and guidelines.
What makes you stand out:
- Prior experience in property insurance (personal lines, private clients, commercial, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Completion of Cert CII is a plus, but not essential.
- A proactive approach to delivering best practice and market-leading service solutions.
