About Our Client

Our client is a top-performing Real Estate Private Equity fund with over two decades of successful investment across all sectors, including Alternatives and Operating Companies. Currently experiencing a period of growth following a significant equity raise, they are looking to expand their investment team.

Job Description
  1. Work closely with the VP, Head of Acquisitions, and senior leadership to drive portfolio performance across all investment cycle stages.
  2. Create, maintain, and manage financial models to analyze new investments, asset and business plan changes, and development decisions.
  3. Participate in due diligence for acquisitions and financing, engaging with external stakeholders such as brokers and advisors.
  4. Collaborate with Asset Management, Investor Relations, Finance teams, and external advisors.
  5. Present findings clearly and meticulously to senior leadership.
  6. Prepare Investment Memos for acquisition presentations to Investment Committees.
  7. Monitor key business plan drivers, timelines, milestones, and historical data to support asset and development management decisions.
  8. Update investment valuations using historical operating data for investor reporting.
  9. Develop pitch decks for new business and product development supporting Investor Relations activities.
The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should possess:

  1. Academic qualifications in Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, or STEM fields.
  2. 1-4 years of experience in investment banking or Private Equity Real Estate.
  3. Strong process management and organizational skills.
  4. Excellent communication, commercial acumen, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Critical and lateral thinking skills.
  6. An inquisitive and curious mindset.
  7. Confidence to question assumptions and verify data.
  8. Receptiveness to feedback and a commitment to personal development.
  9. Motivation to gain comprehensive exposure across the entire PE Real Estate fund lifecycle.
