About Our Client

Our client is a large, global alternative asset management firm focusing on Opportunistic returns from multiple investment strategies, including Real Estate and RE Credit. With offices in major financial districts worldwide, they are expanding their Real Estate Investment team in London by hiring an Analyst.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct forensic analysis of real estate investments, including direct Real Estate, operational RE platforms, asset-backed businesses, and RE Credit.
• Build and maintain DCF models and financial analyses for potential acquisitions across Europe.
• Assist in due diligence and facilitate deal execution.
• Manage assets within the fund's portfolios to maximize returns and identify opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Investment team and Investment Committee.
• Oversee joint ventures and implement business plans to enhance investment performance.
• Develop and monitor budgets for assets and projects, including revenue, expenses, debt, and capital expenditures.
• Conduct performance benchmarking and ongoing management reviews.
• Perform market research and asset analyses to optimize strategies.
• Report on investment and fund performance periodically.
• Support disposal, recapitalization, and refinancing processes.

The Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• A top degree with high GPA in Real Estate, Finance, or STEM fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate Investment Banking.
• Strong modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
• Deep understanding of real estate from grassroots to complex structures.
• Knowledge of equity and debt financing, including senior and mezzanine debt.
