The Stephen Longfellow Academy is seeking a Reading Intervention Lead to drive our whole‑academy reading strategy and foster a culture of reading for pleasure. This permanent, full‑time role in Leeds will lead targeted interventions, build a dedicated reading team and improve literacy outcomes and life chances for pupils.
