Job summary

Dales Community Care in Skipton is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our local, family‑focused team. This full‑time role combines 20 hours per week leading the team with 20 hours per week delivering direct care to clients across Skipton and the surrounding areas.

You will support and develop care staff, maintain high standards of person‑centred care, and lead by example while staying actively involved in care delivery.

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Team Leader to join our Skipton team. This full-time role combines 20 hours per week undertaking Team Leader responsibilities and 20 hours per week delivering direct care and support to clients across Skipton and the surrounding areas.

You will play a key role in supporting and developing care staff, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring our clients receive safe, effective, and person-centred support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example while remaining actively involved in care delivery.
