Job summary

Dales Community Care in Skipton is seeking an experienced Team Leader who will spend 20 hours a week leading care staff and 20 hours delivering direct support to clients in Skipton and surrounding areas.

You will develop and supervise the team to maintain exceptional, person-centred care, ensuring safety and wellbeing while staying actively involved in day-to-day care delivery.

This full-time role combines 20 hours per week undertaking Team Leader responsibilities and 20 hours per week delivering direct care and support to clients across Skipton and the surrounding areas.

You will play a key role in supporting and developing care staff, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring our clients receive safe, effective, and person-centred support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example while remaining actively involved in care delivery.
