Job summary

PROPERTY SUPPORT SERVICES UK LIMITED seeks a Cleaning Operative to maintain sanitary standards at Bentley Bridge Retail Park, Wednesfield Road, Wolverhampton. Work on-site to meet cleaning specs within Health and Safety guidelines.

The role is part-time (9 hours per week) with flexibility to cover annual leave and sickness. Full training will be provided; reliability and a proactive attitude are valued, with potential overtime including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have good attention to detail and be able to follow instructions.
• Polite and professional; reliable and flexible to cover overtime/weekends.
• Full training provided; prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Clean specific areas of the site according to schedule and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure cleaning cupboards are tidy and stocked.
• Report hazards or problems to the Manager/Supervisor.
• Provide clear handovers to colleagues.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.

• Bentley Bridge Retail Park, Wednesfield Road, Wednesfield, Wolverhampton, WV111BP


• 9 hours per week


• Cover any Annual Leave/Sickness

Cleaning Operative Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines


• Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor


• Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.


• Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor


• Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues


• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly

Ideal Candidate:

• Willing to support with overtime to cover staff sickness & Holidays


• Good attention to detail


• Ability to follow instructions


• Polite and professional


• Willingness to learn


• Flexible and reliable willing to do overtime & weekends if required
