Job summary

Uniting Holding is seeking a reliable Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our friendly team, providing cover across a range of client sites within the West Midlands. This permanent, part-time role offers varied work, competitive pay, travel paid, and ongoing support from an experienced management team.

You will perform cleaning duties, follow site schedules, and ensure high standards of cleanliness while providing cover for holidays and sickness. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is preferred.
• Access to your own vehicle for travelling between sites.
• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not required, as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting across client sites.
• Cleaning toilets and washrooms to high standards.
• Emptying bins and replenishing consumables.
• Following site-specific cleaning schedules and COSHH procedures.
• Using cleaning equipment safely and maintaining equipment.
• Providing cover for planned and unplanned absences as required.

Main Duties

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment at a variety of client locations, including:

• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
• Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
• Following site-specific cleaning schedules
• Using cleaning equipment and products safely
• Following health & safety and COSHH procedures
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
• Providing cover for planned and unplanned absences as required
