Helen and Douglas House in Windsor is seeking a Sales Assistant for a part-time, 15-hour-per-week role over two days. You will help create a warm, boutique shopping experience and support the team to keep the shop running smoothly. Training is provided and a friendly, customer-focused approach is essential.
The role involves welcoming customers, cash handling, donations, and maintaining high standards of presentation. DBS checks apply and interviews are held virtually via Teams.
Hours: 15 hours per week, 2 days over a 7 day trading week (including some weekends)

We’re excited to be recruiting for a new Sales Assistant role at our Windsor shop, on a permanent, part-time basis.
You’ll be one of the welcoming faces of the shop, helping to create a warm, boutique shopping experience while supporting the team to keep things running smoothly. A friendly, customer-focused approach is important in this role. Previous experience in hospitality, high street retail or charity retail is desirable, but full training will be provided.
