Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Windmill venue is seeking an Assistant Manager to back the General Manager in daily operations, guiding the team to deliver outstanding service and mentoring individuals to realise their potential.

You’ll lead guest experiences, train staff, and model development to drive performance and guest satisfaction in a busy hospitality setting. This role offers strong progression and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have proven management experience in a hospitality or similar setting.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team to deliver high guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to train staff and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and cover duties when required.
• Inspire and train the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Act as role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to create WOW moments that keep guests coming back.
