Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd advertises a Vehicle Technician role in Wilmslow for a client that is part of a leading UK main dealer group. The position requires 4+ years of hands-on experience, a full UK driving license, and qualification proof.

Salary is up to £42,000 basic with an uncapped bonus and enhanced OTE depending on experience and qualifications. Working patterns include 40, 42.5 or 45 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8:30-5, Saturdays on rota).

Qualifications

• NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds or Mechanical Engineering Level 3 (or equivalent).
• Level 2 acceptable if you have main dealership experience.
• Full UK driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of all vehicles.
• Electrical, mechanical and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair.
• MOT testing duties if qualified.

Education

NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)

Level 2 acceptable with main dealership experience
