Family Action is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the new Wigan Mental Health Crisis Space, an out-of-hours, non-clinical crisis service operating from 3pm to 10pm seven days a week.
You will line-manage two Team Leaders and the wider staff team (total eight), shaping service delivery, and building partnerships with local providers. The role requires a strong knowledge of the mental health landscape and a commitment to compassionate, timely support.
We are looking for an experienced people manager who has a passion for supporting individuals, families and communities through mental health crises.
